Job Summary

Responsible for providing accurate surveying, layout, and elevation control to ensure all construction activities such as structures, roads, and pipelines that are built in the correct position and at the proper height according to design drawings and specifications. The role focuses on setting out reference points, elevations, and layouts, ensuring precision and efficiency on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and review construction drawings and specifications.
• Set out control points, benchmarks, and reference lines for structures and utilities.
• Ensure alignment and elevation of formwork, rebar, anchor bolts, piping, and other installations.
• Verify contractor’s fieldwork against design drawings.
• Conduct regular site inspections and spot-checks on dimensions, slopes, and levels.
• Maintain accurate as-built data and records.
