Delaware North Gaming is hiring a part-time Line Cook to join our team at Apache Greyhound Park in Apache Junction, Arizona. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing dishes according to recipes and the chef's specifications.

$15.15 - $18.00 / hour

**What will you do?**
+ Taking server orders, preparing food to their specifications and delivering orders.
+ Grilling, cooking and frying foods.
+ Planning and managing work orders to ensure all items of an order are finished and served at the same time.
+ Performing simple food preparation tasks, such as slicing up meats and vegetables.
+ Ordering supplies and stocking the shelves.
+ Rotating food and stamping the time and date of the food in the coolers.
+ Cleaning food preparation equipment and areas, including fryers and grills.
+ Bussing tables and emptying trash containers as needed.
**More about you**
+ A high school diploma or equivalent.
+ Able to multi-task and work quickly and efficiently under stressful situations.
+ The ability to speak multiple languages would be an advantage, but not required.
+ Strong communication, teamwork and customer service skills.
+ Manual dexterity and a good sense of taste.
+ Must be able to pass a T.I.P.S training course and obtain an Arizona Food Handlers Certificate.
**Physical requirements**
+ Manual dexterity sufficient to chop, mix, and blend a variety of foods and liquids.
+ Ability to carry large pans, weighing up to 50 pounds frequently; lifting more on occasion with assistance and operate kitchen equipment.
+ Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
+ Exposed to variable temperatures.
