The Day to Day:
Execute daily food preparation and cooking tasks as directed by the Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or General ManagerCook and assemble dishes to exact recipe and presentation standards, ensuring quality and consistency throughout serviceMaintain a clean and organized station with a current prep list and proper stock of ingredientsFollow portion control guidelines and plating specifications with precisionUphold freshness by practicing proper food rotation (FIFO) and labelingAssist with receiving, storing, and organizing deliveries to maintain food safety standardsSupport kitchen inventory control by properly using an...
