Line Cook (Lunch and Dinner Shifts)

The Nash is a design-forward, chef-driven restaurant and cocktail bar serving a cosmopolitan crowd of locals, business travelers, and regulars who appreciate elevated hospitality. We re hiring Line Cooks for Lunch and Dinner shifts, with weekend availability required. If you re fast, organized, and consistent on the line, we d like to meet you.

What You ll Do

  • Execute tickets with speed, accuracy, and consistency during service

  • Work a station (grill/saut /garde manger as assigned) and support the team as needed

  • Prep to spec: portioning, labeling, dating, and proper storage (FIFO)

  • Maintain standards for quality, plating, and timing

  • Keep your station stocked, clean, and organized throughout the shift

  • Follow food safety and sanitation best practices
