Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable Line Cook to join our exceptional team of service leaders. This position works under the direction of the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine and will be exposed to a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients
Your Responsibilities:
• Oversees assigned areas of culinary production and works service.
• Execute recipes, maintain kitchen equipment, and always be on time
• Use working knowledge of basic cooking techniques; measuring, knife skills, sautéing, grilling, roasting, poaching, etc.
• Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the recipes, portioning, cooking and
serving standards of the restaurant.
Your Qualifications:
• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience professional cooking experience in restaurant or establishment of similar caliber.
