Your ‘day to day’

As a Line Coordinator, you will:

• Coordinate and lead the production shift team with the aim of achieving and improving the key performance indicators, following the Integrated Operating System standards and complying with applicable policies, procedures and practices in terms of Sustainability (Safety, Health and Environment), Quality, Production and Maintenance.
• Create an autonomous, efficient and highly motivated team by ensuring active involvement, execution and development of all team members on the daily management systems.
