Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of production operators to achieve the required output and targets.
• Perform work and processes in accordance with procedure and work instruction.
• Ensure operators build products on the assembly line according to work instruction.
• Ensure operators follow safety procedures and that operations run safely.
• Inspect and check quality of products built by operators to ensure zero defects.
• Load finished parts into bins for storage.
• Conduct regular line walks to ensure the line is running at optimum.
• Stop the assembly line and halt production if machinery fails or a major defect is detected.
• Provide timely updates of production reports and records.
• Report incidents, faulty operations, or product imperfections on the assembly line to management.
• Work overtime and shift work as required.
