General Requirements (role-dependent):

• Relevant Trade Qualification or Cert II/III in ESI (if applicable)
• HV Switching Operations
• High-Risk Work Licence (DG, RB, WP, LF, C2 – as applicable)
• OHS Construction Induction Card (White/Blue)
• Australian Driver’s Licence (HR preferred)

Role-Specific Requirements:

Linesworker

• Cert II or III in ESI – Distribution or Transmission Overhead
• HR Driver’s Licence
• HRWL – Rigging (Basic/Int/Adv), Dogging (DG), EWP
• Forklift (LF) and Slewing Crane (C2+) – optional

Rigger

• HRWL – Rigging (Basic/Int/Adv), Dogging (DG), EWP
• HR Driver’s Licence
• Forklift (LF), Slewing Crane (C2+) – optional

Cable Jointer

• 3+ years’ experience in cable jointing (XLPE essential)
• White Card & WA Driver’s Licence
• HRWL – WP (essential), DG or LF (preferred)
• HR Licence, Rigging ticket – optional
