We’re looking for an exceptional Linked In Ads Media Buyer who’s not just good with ads — but is analytical, creative, spreadsheet-savvy and performance-obsessed.
This is a full-time, remote role for someone who wants to manage serious monthly budgets (₹10 L+), experiment boldly, and grow with a high-performing UK-based company. You must be able to adapt and take feedback on board.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Managing & optimising ₹10 L+ ad spend each month on Linked In
• Building & scaling full-funnel campaigns (TOF, MOF, BOF) using real strategy — not guesswork
• Using spreadsheets and dashboards to analyse CPL, CTR, ROAS, CAC and spot trends fast
• Testing ad creatives (you’ll work with designers/video editors, but you’ll lead the ideas & structure)
• Writing compelling hooks, headlines and ad copy that actually converts
• Producing clear daily reports and being accountable for the numbers

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
• Are highly analytical and confident with maths — you love numbers and logic
• Can build smart spreadsheets for tracking performance, trends and projections
• Have an eye for what makes a scroll-stopping ad creative
• Have at least 1–2 years’ experience running Linked In ads with a proven track record
• Understand key performance metrics like CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS — and how to optimise them
• Take initiative, solve problems, and always ask: “How can this perform better?”
