Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on LinkedIn Growth Marketer who has run LinkedIn Ads end-to-end for a B2B SaaS company and can take complete ownership of driving pipeline and revenue from the channel. This role is not about βcampaign execution only.β Itβs about strategy, experimentation, analytics, and growth. Youβll be responsible for turning LinkedIn into a predictable, scalable demand engine.
Key Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Ads & Growth Ownership-
β Own LinkedIn as a performance channel β strategy, execution, optimization, and scale
β Plan and run LinkedIn Ads across objectives: awareness, lead gen, website traffic, retargeting, and ABM
β Build full-funnel campaigns targeting enterprise decision-makers (CMOs, Heads of E-commerce, Marketing, Creative, etc.)
Analytics & Performance-
β Deeply understand LinkedIn ad analytics: CTR, CPL, CAC, ROAS, funnel drop-offs
β Continuously optimize creatives, copy, audiences, and bidding strategies
β Set up dashboards and weekly performance reports with clear insights and next actions
SaaS Demand Generation -
β Work closely with Sales and Growth teams to align campaigns with ICPs and revenue goals
β Drive high-quality inbound leads that convert into meetings and pipeline
β Run experiments around messaging, formats (single image, carousel, video), and landing pages
Creative & Messaging-
β Collaborate with content, design, and video teams to build high-performing ad creatives
β Translate Flixstockβs value proposition into compelling LinkedIn-native messaging
β Constantly test hooks, pain points, and use cases relevant to enterprise fashion brands
What Weβre Looking For:
Must-Haves:
β 3β6 years of experience running LinkedIn Ads for a B2B SaaS company
β Proven experience owning growth from LinkedIn, not just executing tasks
β Strong understanding of B2B funnels, ICP targeting, and lead quality
β Hands-on with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and analytics
β Data-driven mindset with a strong experimentation culture
Good to Have:
β Experience marketing to enterprise or mid-market clients
β Exposure to ABM campaigns and sales-led growth
β Understanding of Martech / Adtech / SaaS ecosystems
β Experience collaborating with sales teams on pipeline and revenue attribution
