Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on LinkedIn Growth Marketer who has run LinkedIn Ads end-to-end for a B2B SaaS company and can take complete ownership of driving pipeline and revenue from the channel. This role is not about β€œcampaign execution only.” It’s about strategy, experimentation, analytics, and growth. You’ll be responsible for turning LinkedIn into a predictable, scalable demand engine.


Key Responsibilities:

LinkedIn Ads & Growth Ownership-

● Own LinkedIn as a performance channel β€” strategy, execution, optimization, and scale

● Plan and run LinkedIn Ads across objectives: awareness, lead gen, website traffic, retargeting, and ABM

● Build full-funnel campaigns targeting enterprise decision-makers (CMOs, Heads of E-commerce, Marketing, Creative, etc.)


Analytics & Performance-

● Deeply understand LinkedIn ad analytics: CTR, CPL, CAC, ROAS, funnel drop-offs

● Continuously optimize creatives, copy, audiences, and bidding strategies

● Set up dashboards and weekly performance reports with clear insights and next actions


SaaS Demand Generation -

● Work closely with Sales and Growth teams to align campaigns with ICPs and revenue goals

● Drive high-quality inbound leads that convert into meetings and pipeline

● Run experiments around messaging, formats (single image, carousel, video), and landing pages


Creative & Messaging-

● Collaborate with content, design, and video teams to build high-performing ad creatives

● Translate Flixstock’s value proposition into compelling LinkedIn-native messaging

● Constantly test hooks, pain points, and use cases relevant to enterprise fashion brands


What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves:

● 3–6 years of experience running LinkedIn Ads for a B2B SaaS company

● Proven experience owning growth from LinkedIn, not just executing tasks

● Strong understanding of B2B funnels, ICP targeting, and lead quality

● Hands-on with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and analytics

● Data-driven mindset with a strong experimentation culture


Good to Have:

● Experience marketing to enterprise or mid-market clients

● Exposure to ABM campaigns and sales-led growth

● Understanding of Martech / Adtech / SaaS ecosystems

● Experience collaborating with sales teams on pipeline and revenue attribution
