Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on LinkedIn Growth Marketer who has run LinkedIn Ads end-to-end for a B2B SaaS company and can take complete ownership of driving pipeline and revenue from the channel. This role is not about “campaign execution only.” It’s about strategy, experimentation, analytics, and growth. You’ll be responsible for turning LinkedIn into a predictable, scalable demand engine.


Key Responsibilities:

LinkedIn Ads & Growth Ownership-

● Own LinkedIn as a performance channel — strategy, execution, optimization, and scale

● Plan and run LinkedIn Ads across objectives: awareness, lead gen, website traffic, retargeting, and ABM

● Build full-funnel campaigns targeting enterprise decision-makers (CMOs, Heads of E-commerce, Marketing, Creative, etc.)


Analytics & Performance-

● Deeply understand LinkedIn ad analytics: CTR, CPL, CAC, ROAS, funnel drop-offs
