Job Description
We target Procurement Managers, Facility Managers, and Fit-out Decision Makers in the UAE. We want to set up qualified meetings and RFQs, not just connections.
The Tech Stack:
We will provide access to LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Dripify (or similar automation tools). You must be an expert in configuring these to work safely and effectively.
Responsibilities:
List Building: Use Sales Navigator (Boolean search & filters) to build highly targeted lists of active buyers in Dubai/Abu Dhabi. You must know how to filter for active users to ensure high acceptance rates.
Campaign Strategy: Set up and manage Dripify campaigns.
Copywriting: Write personalized connection requests and follow-up sequences that sound human, professional, and non-salesy. (Perfect English is a must).
Account Safety: Manage daily limits and warm-up schedules to ensure our accounts are never restricted.
Reporting: Track connection acceptance rates and reply rates.
