Role Overview

This VA will support Natalie’s business growth through organic LinkedIn outreach, relationship-based engagement, lead tracking, and email campaign execution using Squarespace. This role is focused on quality conversations and consistent follow-up rather than high-volume messaging.

Key Responsibilities

A. LinkedIn Management & Lead Generation

  • Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests organically
  • Engage with 10–15 targeted LinkedIn profiles through:
  • Thoughtful comments
  • Post reactions
  • Light, non-intrusive outreach
  • Support outreach goals such as:
  • Booking appointments with Natalie
  • Driving traffic to selected pages (as needed)
  • Conduct basic lead research and list refinement
  • Maintain and update lead trackers / CRM notes
  • Engage with senior-level decision makers, including Senior Customer Directors
