Job Summary 

We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive IT services client acquisition through LinkedIn outreach, Upwork bidding, and Fiverr lead generation for US and international clients. The role requires strong proposal writing, client qualification, and consistent deal pipeline management. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Acquire new IT services clients through Upwork bidding and tailored proposal submissions 
  • Generate leads via Fiverr by optimizing gigs, responding to briefs, and engaging qualified buyers 
  • Prospect and engage decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator 
  • Write customized, high-conversion proposals aligned with client requirements 
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery and sales calls 
  • Manage follow-ups and move deals through the sales pipeline 
  • Track leads, conversations, and deal stages in CRM systems 
  • Collaborate with delivery and closing teams to support deal conversion 


Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • Proven experience with Upwork and Fiverr client acquisition 
  • Strong understanding of IT services sales (web, mobile, cloud, digital solutions) 
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator 
  • Excellent business English communication and negotiation skills 
  • Strong proposal writing and requirement analysis ability 
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on revenue generation
