• 5+ years of experience working as a Linux administrator(SUSE)

• 2 + Experience working in Linux SUSE

• Thorough knowledge of Unix and Linux operating systems, network protocols, storage environments, security, and file systems

• Experience with Linux-based VPN clients, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, authentication, interface with external servers

• Experience developing in-house tools to automate problem detecting, simplify repetitive tasks, and consolidate multiple information sources

• Expertise with at least one scripting or programming language such as Perl or Python
