Job Description

• Ensures that the performance and security of virtual servers meet the needs of network users
• Troubleshoot and configure servers in a virtual environment
• Assist end-users on the proper use of hardware and software
• Daily written and oral communications with coworkers and leadership
• Perform periodic SCAP and STIG requirements needed to harden servers
• Conduct basic hardware and software audits of servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines
