Linux Server Administration, Server Installation/Maintenance, LVM, DNS, SUSE, Pacemaker, Patch Management, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), ITIL, Monitoring, Troubleshooting, 3rd-level Support, Storage Operations, Automation basics.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver L3 technical support in line with SLAs and ITIL processes
Manage Linux servers (physical & virtual) : installation, maintenance, monitoring, and decommissioning
Handle incident, problem, change management & RCA
Perform storage operations (NetApp NFS) and OS/package/repository management
Administer Azure infrastruc...
