Unix Shell Scripting and text processing tools, MySQL, Perl Programming, PHP Web Apps, RedHat Linux. Good experience in PHP5-8, MySQL 8, Perl and Shell Script. Matured level understanding of ITSM/ITIL process. Working experience in AMS or AD/AM team combined.
