RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coaching and developing team members
  • Schedule staff according to sales needs, ensuring SPEH targets are achieved.
  • Provide positive and proactive interactions with all internal and external customers. Maintain excellent customer service standards.
  • Provide feedback regarding recommendations and plans for continued improvement of store operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable provincial regulations & legislation.
  • Order, receive, inventory control and selling merchandise.
  • Responsible for claims, invoices and all other paper work in a timely, accurate fashion, meeting policies and procedures
  • Assist in preparation and management of annual operating plan and goals and be responsible for sales, margin, expenses, inventory and SPEH
