Handle sophisticated commercial litigation matters, including chancery litigationDraft motions, briefs, and other complex pleadings for state and federal courtsManage discovery, depositions, and case strategy developmentConduct thorough legal research and provide clear recommendationsRepresent clients in hearings, mediations, and trialsCollaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex casesMaintain strong client relationships through clear communication and responsiveness Qualifications
JD from an accredited law schoolAt least 2 years of experience in commercial litigation (Delaware chancery experience strongly preferred for Wilmington office)Active bar admission in Delaware or Texas, depending on office locationExcellent written and oral advocacy skillsStrong academic credentials and ability to handle complex, high-stakes casesDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously Why This Is a Great Opportunity
