  • Handle sophisticated commercial litigation matters, including chancery litigation

  • Draft motions, briefs, and other complex pleadings for state and federal courts

  • Manage discovery, depositions, and case strategy development

  • Conduct thorough legal research and provide clear recommendations

  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases

  • Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and responsiveness

    • Qualifications

  • JD from an accredited law school

  • At least 2 years of experience in commercial litigation (Delaware chancery experience strongly preferred for Wilmington office)

  • Active bar admission in Delaware or Texas, depending on office location

  • Excellent written and oral advocacy skills

  • Strong academic credentials and ability to handle complex, high-stakes cases

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
