Job Description
Handle California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases.Manage cases from start to finish, including drafting and responding to discovery, initial pleadings, and motions.Take and defend depositions.Collaborate with a team and work independently on fast-paced projects.Opportunity to grow under the mentorship of experienced partners. Qualifications 3+ years of employment litigation experienceStrong experience in wage and hour litigation, including class/collective actions.Admitted to practice in California.Excellent academic credentials, strong writing, and analytical skills.Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
