Litigation Associate Attorney

Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

Location: Phoenix, Arizona. Onboarding is in-office. Once competent, the firm offers meaningful flexibility — attorneys regularly work hybrid schedules, partial days from home, or remote Fridays. Arizona-barred attorneys should be local. California-barred attorneys may work fully remote.

Note: Must be licensed and in good standing in Arizona or California. U.S. work authorization required. No sponsorship available.

Job Description

• Handle active civil litigation matters from intake through resolution
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and motion practice
• Draft substantive motions including MSJs, MTDs, and discovery motions
• Conduct discovery, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
• Work directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Assist with trial preparation and litigation strategy
• Manage deadlines while maintaining high-quality work product

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing in Arizona or California
• Interest in civil litigation and courtroom advocacy
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated, team-oriented, and eager to grow as a litigator
