Litigation Management:


Manage and oversee any legal disputes or litigation, including

customer and vendor disputes, police complaints that may arise, and working with external

counsel as necessary;


 To prepare defense/ in-house reply to legal notice/show cause notices/demand notice from

parties / regulatory authorities.

 Coordinate with internal teams for resolving customers escalations.

 Carrying out negotiations with customers at pre-litigation stage.

 Provide a timely update on case status in MIS in a clear understandable manner to Legal Head

and CFO.

 Regulatory Liaison: Engage with regulatory authorities and agencies as necessary to represent

the company's interests and stay informed about industry developments.

 Previous experience in Real Estate would be an added advantage, not mandatory- draft and vet

MoUs, Agreements, Powers of Attorney, Deeds, Rent/Lease/...
