Job Description
Litigation Management:
Manage and oversee any legal disputes or litigation, including
customer and vendor disputes, police complaints that may arise, and working with external
counsel as necessary;
To prepare defense/ in-house reply to legal notice/show cause notices/demand notice from
parties / regulatory authorities.
Coordinate with internal teams for resolving customers escalations.
Carrying out negotiations with customers at pre-litigation stage.
Provide a timely update on case status in MIS in a clear understandable manner to Legal Head
and CFO.
Regulatory Liaison: Engage with regulatory authorities and agencies as necessary to represent
the company's interests and stay informed about industry developments.
Previous experience in Real Estate would be an added advantage, not mandatory- draft and vet
MoUs, Agreements, Powers of Attorney, Deeds, Rent/Lease/...
