A growing Orlando-based law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2–3 years of experience to join its civil and commercial litigation practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of litigation matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Handle all phases of litigation including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials (trial experience a plus).
• Assist with case strategy, legal research, and client communication.
• Work on matters involving landlord-tenant disputes, HOA and condominium litigation, eminent domain, construction litigation, commercial litigation, and business/contractor disputes.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of civil and/or commercial litigation experience.
• Active Florida Bar member in good standing.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a deadline-driven environment.
• Motivated, detail-oriented attorney eager to develop litigation and courtroom skills.
