Litigation Lawyer

The Litigation Lawyer is responsible for managing and conducting all litigation and dispute resolutions involving J&T Express, both defensively and proactively. This role ensures the company’s legal interests are protected in court proceedings, administrative actions, labor disputes, or other dispute forums. The Litigation Lawyer will work closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel where applicable to achieve favorable outcomes and mitigate legal risk.

Case Management & Litigation

• Lead and manage the company’s litigation docket, from case intake to resolution.

• Conduct thorough legal research, analysis of facts, and case strategy formulation.

• Draft, prepare, and file pleadings, motions, affidavits, position papers, and other court documents.
