Our client, a well-established boutique firm in Toronto, is seeking a Civil Litigation Lawyer with a focus on personal injury law to join their growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigation professional looking to work on complex and meaningful files within a collaborative and supportive firm environment.

The successful candidate will take carriage of personal injury matters and work closely with experienced litigators, support staff, and firm leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury litigation files from inception through resolution or trial
• Draft pleadings, motion materials, mediation briefs, and settlement documentation
• Conduct discoveries, attend mediations, pre-trials, motions, and court appearances
• Analyze liability and damages, including medical, expert, and insurance documentation
