Oberoi Law Chambers is a litigation-centric law firm with an active practice before the Hon’ble Punjab & Haryana High Court and various District Courts. We handle a wide range of civil and criminal litigation, offering our clients strategic legal representation and courtroom advocacy.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Manager to oversee and manage litigation matters, coordinate court proceedings, and support senior counsel in complex cases. This is a demanding and responsibility-intensive role, suited for professionals who thrive under pressure and tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day litigation operations across multiple courts

  • Drafting and vetting pleadings, applications, replies, written statements, and legal notices

  • Appearing before the Punjab & Haryana High Court and District Courts

  • Preparing arguments, case strategies, and briefing senior counsel

  • Handling client coordination, legal advice, and case updates

  • Ensuring compliance with court procedures, filing requirements, and timelines

  • Supervising junior associates and interns; team handling and workflow management

  • Independently managing assigned matters while collaborating effectively with the team

Eligibility & Experience

  • 4–5 years of prior litigation experience

  • Must have actively practiced before the Punjab & Haryana High Court and District Courts

  • Strong exposure to civil and criminal litigation

  • Proven ability to work under high pressure, short deadlines, and heavy caseloads

  • Experience in legal administration and legal management

Requirements

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Legal drafting, pleadings, and argument preparation

  • Court appearances, court arguments and procedural knowledge

  • Legal advisory and client advocacy

  • Strong understanding of law theory and legal principles

  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English

  • Sound knowledge of court procedures and litigation strategy

  • Ability to handle teams as well as work independently on assigned projects

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills




Requirements
KEY REQUIREMENTS Experience & Expertise: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on litigation experience Proven track record in District Courts, High Court, and Consumer Forums in Chandigarh Tricity Thorough knowledge of court procedures and protocols at District and High Court levels Ability to handle cases independently, from filing to final arguments Skills & Competencies: Strong case management and legal research capabilities Excellent drafting and oral advocacy skills Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines Professional demeanor and strong client interaction skills Proactive approach to case handling and problem-solving
