Litigation - MSME

We are seeking a Litigation - MSME professional to handle all legal cases pertaining to MSME loan defaults, recovery, and related disputes. You will be responsible for representing the bank in various legal forums, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and coordinating with external counsels to drive efficient litigation outcomes. This role requires a strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and the ability to handle pre-litigation notices and settlement negotiations.
