The Litigation Paralegal works in collaboration with the paralegals, law clerks and lawyers supporting Canadian Personal and Commercial Banking. This role is opened in Montreal and in Toronto and bilingualism is required. The role requires the Paralegal to work in a complex and changing environment where legal, regulatory, and reputational risks must be constantly considered.
 
This individual has access to sensitive and confidential customer and bank information and must exercise discretion to protect the confidentiality of this information, and privilege, when applicable. Sound judgment, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.
