Responsibilities:
  • Organize a large group of documents
  • Create affidavits of record and serve on appropriate parties
  • Receive and summarize records
  • Draft pleadings and review discovery transcripts
  • Advice lawyers on the experts to use in various cases
  • Prepare for mediation/trial if applicable
Qualifications:
  • Paralegal Certificate or diploma
  • Required litigation experience
  • Strong written verbal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
