Legal & Compliance Manager

Location - Noida/ Chennai/ Bangalore
1. Assisting in the management of regulatory and other compliances for a Europe, Middle East & Africa region based Information Technology and outsourcing company
2. Coordinating with regulators / government bodies in EMEA with respect to Investment & and Government Grant agreements & documents.
To ensure company is eligible for and is availing all incentives and concessions available to the it as part of government schemes.
To ensure timely and accurate filing of forms and returns
To ensure no administrative penalty or levy is imposed upon the company for non-compliance.
Drafting letters and responses to regulators and government bodies.
Ensuring appropriate Internal compliance controls for relevant EU Directives already transposed or that will be transposed in future in EMEA.
Handling all legal functions for EMEA including but not limited to contracts, litigations,...
