Responsibilities

The Litigation Technologist (e-Discovery Analyst) will:
Prepare recommendations and project plans for acquiring and implementing recommended solutions Handle day-to-day technical management of client data from a data tracking perspective between platforms as well as loading into review databases and running productions post-attorney review Set up attorney review processes from a technical perspective while coordinating with the case project manager and attorney teams Define business and technical requirements for specific case matters and then develops and/or coordinates the development of specialized databases or programs Assist with preparing manuals and instruction materials for training personnel in litigation tools and processes and provides training when appropriate, especially with vendor-provided tools Diagnose and correct system and network problems related to litigation services tools and serve as a technical liaison to appropriate vendors Work with members of other technology groups at firm to resolve technical problems that may arise Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Litigation Support Bachelor's Degree Experience with Relativity and/or other e-discovery and Litigation Support platforms Knowledge of other technologies and utilities such as text file editors, SFTP clients, encryption software, data conversion tools, etc. Desired Skills: Knowledge with standard concepts, practices and procedures within an e-discovery team or IT department
