Live-in Superintendent

Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Live-In Superintendent for one of our upscale condominiums. This candidate will start as a live-out superintendent and will move into the building upon the superintendent's suite being completed. The suite is estimated to be completed in May of 2026.

Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm

Site Location: Toronto, ON

Compensation: $50,000 / year

Your Responsibilities:

· Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, healthy environment

· Responsible for reporting all deficiencies, maintenance requirements, vandalism and care taking supply inventory to the Property Manager as required

· Respond to any emergencies, interact with contractors and building residents.

· Perform check of mechanical room and handle garbage

· Get familiar with every single room in the building
