Live-in Superintendent (Reena)

Join our team as a Live-in Superintendent responsible for ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and maintaining high standards of property care.

Location: Vaughan

Compensation: $22.48 / hour

Department: Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to resident and employer requests, carrying out building maintenance, repair, and custodial services.
  • Cleans common areas, including vacuuming, dusting, stripping and waxing floors, and disinfecting garbage systems.
  • Ensure all equipment and systems are operated safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable code and regulations.
  • Act as first point of contact for exterior landscaping maintenance, including snow removal and salt distribution.
