MetCap Living Management Inc. is one of the largest private third party property managers specializing in multi-residential property management. We are a growth orientated company with our head office located in Toronto, Ontario and property operations in British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. MetCap Living Management Inc. is seeking a Live Out Building Manager for a medium size property in Toronto. Preference will be given to candidates living in East Toronto.

Physical Duties Daily

  • Check life safety systems, complete fire log book
  • Maintenance of seasonal outdoor pool
  • Inspect boiler and electrical rooms and supply inventory
  • Inspect parking levels and exterior grounds
