The Live Receptionist provides frontline support for multiple U.S. clients, managing a
high volume of inbound calls (150+ per day)
. This role requires precise script adherence, a polished and friendly tone, excellent multitasking skills, and the ability to switch quickly between different client accounts while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

The ideal candidate is calm, fast, articulate, and maintains consistent quality across all interactions.
