About the Role

We are looking for a TikTok Live Streaming Operations Supervisor to build, scale, and lead a high-performing livestreaming operation from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes TikTok commerce—someone who understands traffic, content, conversion, and team execution, and knows how to turn live streams into consistent sales wins.

You will take ownership of strategy, execution, team leadership, and performance—playing a key role in driving growth and creating viral, high-impact livestream content that converts.
