Role Summary
The Livestream Manager is responsible for owning end-to-end livestream delivery across multiple brands, ensuring operational excellence, team performance, and livestream quality. This role manages the livestream team, including Live Hosts, Moderators, and Livestream Specialists, and works closely with Account Managers to align livestream execution with client strategy, analytics insights, and commercial objectives. The role also supports client-facing discussions during Monthly Business Reviews on a needs basis, representing livestream execution, quality, and performance together with the Account Manager.
