We are seeking a skilled and creative LMS Content Editor to support our education content initiatives. The role involves editing academic, training, and promotional videos to create engaging, learner-friendly content for students, teachers, and professionals across digital learning platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit educational videos such as lectures, tutorials, explainer videos, webinars, and course content
- Enhance video clarity using graphics, animations, subtitles, and on-screen text for better learning outcomes
- Ensure audio-video synchronization, clear voice quality, and appropriate pacing for educational content
- Add intro/outro, branding elements, and instructional visuals as per guidelines
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and content teams to deliver accurate and engaging videos
- Revise content based on academic and quality feedback
- Optimize videos for LMS platforms, websites, YouTube, and social media channels
- Maintain and organize video files and project assets
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in education or e-learning
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animations for educational visuals
- Strong understanding of storytelling and learner engagement techniques
- Good attention to detail and time management skills
- Experience in editing e-learning or academic content
- Knowledge of subtitles, captions, and accessibility standards
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and online education tools
- Understanding of student engagement and instructional design principles
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Film, Design, Education Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–2 years of relevant video editing experience (flexible as per requirement)
