Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Local Number Portability (LNP) team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality customer support related to telephone number portability and management. No prior industry experience is required, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
Handle customer requests through inbound phone calls and email ticketing systems
Escalate telephone number management requests to upstream phone carriers, monitor progress, and communicate updates and outcomes to customers
Update and maintain number port statuses using internal admin portals and related tools
Use Microsoft Excel to prepare, manage, and order telephone number inventories
Process telephone number port-out requests and provide accurate port-out reports to customers
