We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Local Number Portability (LNP) team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality customer support related to telephone number portability and management. No prior industry experience is required, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

  • Handle customer requests through inbound phone calls and email ticketing systems

  • Escalate telephone number management requests to upstream phone carriers, monitor progress, and communicate updates and outcomes to customers

  • Update and maintain number port statuses using internal admin portals and related tools

  • Use Microsoft Excel to prepare, manage, and order telephone number inventories
