Role Description

Canadian Freight Xpress is currently seeking a full‑time Load Booking Clerk for our location in the Greater Toronto Area. The clerk will manage booking, schedule and movements of drivers and their vehicles in real‑time, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers. The role requires constant communication with drivers via phone, tracking systems, and GPS to relay order information and updates. The clerk will work closely with the Operations Manager and drivers to ensure seamless transportation execution and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
