Load Control Executive

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in overseeing and coordinating daily load control operations, ensuring effective supervision of both operational and support teams.
• Act as the primary liaison between Centralised Load Control (CLC), Flight Operations, Stations, Cargo, and Operations Control to facilitate seamless communication and operational alignment.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of load planning, weight and balance calculations, and loadsheet preparation.
• Review and validate operational documentation, including loadsheets and Notification to Captain (NOTOC), ensuring accuracy and proper record‑keeping.
• Manage operational support activities, such as staff rostering, shift scheduling, and flight assignments, to maintain optimal coverage and efficient workflows.
• Organise and deliver training programmes, including hands‑on sessions, simulations, and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) exercises.
