Load Runner

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute performance testing activities across projects
• Design and implement performance test strategies, including test planning, execution, and reporting
• Develop performance test scripts using LoadRunner for various applications and services
• Conduct performance tests to assess scalability, reliability, and responsiveness under load
• Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations
• Prepare comprehensive test summary reports, highlighting key findings and improvement areas
• Work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure performance requirements are met
• Collaborate directly with customers and stakeholders to communicate test strategy, progress, and results
• Ensure best practices and industry standards are followed in performance testing
