Job Description Job Description Position Overview This labor-intensive position is responsible for loading transport, bulk, and route trucks. Each type of loading requires strict attention to order accuracy with respect to loading outgoing trucks and unloading incoming trucks. Works from order sheets to build loads using a forklift and/or electronic pallet jack. Position is responsible for accuracy in loading and complying with shipper/receiver documentation. Duties and Responsibilities Transport a variety of windows/doors, Load and unload transport, bulk and route trucks according to safe work instructions Use proper loading procedure Safe product handling and body mechanics Drive a forklift, or use a pallet jack or other freight for transit Strict attention to order accuracy in loading and unloading trucks Comply with shipper / receiver documentation identifying what order to place jobs on tracker or where to take dock transfers Complete Strap Log Documentation Inspect units for defe...
