As our Loading Team Leader, you will support and lead the day-to-day loading operation, ensuring vehicles are loaded safely, accurately, and on time. You will work alongside the team, help organise workloads, maintain standards, and support continuous improvement within the loading and despatch area.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Loading & Team Support

• Work as part of the loading team, loading vehicles ready for despatch.
• Support and guide loaders during shifts, helping to organise work and priorities.
• Act as a point of contact for loading issues and escalate where needed.
• Help ensure all orders are loaded accurately and on time.

Loading & Despatch

• Assist with coordinating loads alongside warehouse picking and planning.
• Ensure loads are safe, secure, and compliant with procedures.
