The Loading Team Manager is responsible for leading and supervising the loading team to ensure all inbound and outbound vehicles are loaded safely, accurately, and on time. The role focuses on people management, process control, and operational efficiency within a fast-paced logistics and distribution environment. 

Key Responsibilities

·      Lead, manage, and motivate the loading team to achieve daily dispatch targets

·      Plan and coordinate loading activities in line with transport schedules and production output
