Responsibilities

:
  • Manage the loan drawdown process for front office groups, including preparation of required documents for account openings and updates, limit registrations, loan execution, and drawdowns.

  • Liaise with customers and facility agents on onboarding matters and ongoing account management.

  • Oversee the administrative responsibilities of an Account Bank, such as rate quotations, rate fixing, updating signatories, and coordination with customers and back-office teams.

  • Coordinate with various booking offices on loan administration matters, and update control sheets and other records related to drawdowns, rollovers, interest fixing, and repayments.

  • Prepare a variety of management reports for internal stakeholders.

  • Support periodic MAS regulatory submissions, including MAS Top 100 Borrowers, MAS 610, MAS 757, and Section 35 reporting.
