Responsibilities

• Ensure timely processing and release of loans in compliance with established turnaround times.
• Secure the completeness and authenticity of the requirements needed prior to release.
• Discuss and confirm the approved loan amount, terms, interest rates, loan charges, and other loan details with clients.
• Encode and tag the releases into the system.
• Prepare loan documents and ensure that the information is accurately reflected.
• Guide clients with documents for signing that include loan contracts and disclosures.
• Regularly update the database to ensure accurate monitoring of loan status and progress.
• Be in charge of releasing the loan proceeds to clients for check disbursement.
• Monitor the flow of the petty cash fund.
