Responsibilities

  • Market and solicit prospective loan clients in an assigned area/s of responsibility; discuss and explain to prospective loan clients the importance of each loan product, their advantages, and benefits to the client and their business.
  • Know how to conduct loan sales and marketing, and develop and maintain growth of the assigned area in terms of loan portfolio.
  • Conduct market research, trends, and competition.
  • Understand, analyze, and propose credit facilities based on client financial capacity that are suitable to the client’s needs.
  • Ensure that all renewals and new availments comply with the company’s existing credit policy (documentary requirements) and government regulatory agencies.
  • Monitor client loan payments and make timely follow-ups if needed (loan payments and loan documents) or make a personal visit to find out the reason for non-payment; prepare necessary reports including recommendation...
